Job Summary
Job Summary: Under direction from the outlet store manager or assigned on-duty supervisor, this is an entry-level supervisory position in the outlet stores responsible for assisting in the management functions of the store.
This is also a working supervisory position where directing the work, delegating assignments, and physically performing any necessary tasks will all occur routinely. These functions include:

- Processing, merchandising and selling of goods received;
- Training and supervision of employees;
- Maintaining good customer and donor relations; and
- Timely and accurate completion and submission of reports.
Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred. Some retail or manufacturing experience desirable. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
