Grading Manager (Tampa)Goodwill Industries-Suncoast

Job Summary:  Responsible for the daily oversight, leadership, and achievement of results for Salvage Grading. Directs all aspects of operations, leading the team and driving business for both short and long-term success. Responsible for maintaining reports, providing feedback, and aiding the development of Team Members.

The Grading Manager is immediately accountable to the Director of Logistics and must work cooperatively with all agency team members across all departments and divisions to ensure effective execution of objectives and communication flow.

Job Requirements:  High school diploma/GED equivalent. Three years of experience in management or supervision in thrift or apparel.  Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
