New Home Guide – Sales

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused New Home Guide to join our Sales team. This position is responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the new home sales process, generating profitable home sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial visit through the purchase process.

The New Home Guide will meet and greet prospects, manage and source sales traffic, demonstrate homes using the established sales process, assist buyers with home selection and purchase agreements, manage contingencies, and maintain consistent communication throughout the buying journey. The role also focuses on building strong purchaser relationships and generating referrals, driving community traffic, conducting broker meetings, maintaining the sales center and community presentation, and providing market and competitive insights to the Marketing team.

Qualifications: Candidates should have a strong background in new home sales, customer service, sales and marketing, along with excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. An active Real Estate License is required, and bilingual skills are a plus. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, along with related professional experience and a minimum of three years of new home sales experience.
