Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven construction leader to oversee residential homebuilding operations, supervise Construction Managers, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within established quality standards, and in compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. This role is responsible for coordinating home starts, managing construction schedules, monitoring project performance, resolving subcontractor issues, and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume homebuilding environment. Responsibilities include mentoring and developing Construction Managers, improving construction processes, monitoring budgets and purchasing activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The position requires a commitment to quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout all phases of construction.
