Department: Studio Operations
Reports to: Production Manager
The Studio Producer runs productions for a multi-site studio on Capitol Hill. You will primarily run podcasts and TV hits, but also live events and offsite productions. This role ensures each production is well-planned, well-run, and delivered to a high standard.
Produce studio shoots, interviews, podcasts, and live content
Coordinate talent, schedules, crews, and production logistics
Run shoot-day operations with strong pace, clarity, and problem-solving
Ensure quality aligns with brand standards and client expectations
Communicate production needs clearly to technical and operations teams
Schedule Expectations
Primarily daytime on-site
Occasional after-hours support for events or special programming
2-4 years experience producing studio, podcast, or live productions
Proficiency with signal-flow
Professional communication with talent and stakeholders
Proven ability to adapt quickly when plans change
Strong collaboration with technical teams and operations staff
