We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll work closely with our accounting team to maintain seamless financial processes and support our growing workforce. Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and tax withholdings Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax documents Collaborate with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills to explain payroll matters clearly to employees at all levels
