Job Summary
The Development and Operations Coordinator will serve as primary support person and provide essential operational support to the CEO and leadership staff. As well, this position will be an integral part of the Development Team assisting in donor relations, donor data retention and raising money. This person will serve to ensure the development systems are in-place and operating on schedule. Responsibilities will include:Opening and processing mail, including outgoing mail;Processing donations, including data entry, and check deposits;Donor research on current and prospective donorsProcess donor acknowledgment letters;Assisting with outreach and relationship building with donors, to include one of contacts and donor emails and calls.Serve as the lead on grant applications;Assist planning meetings and events;Assist CEO with Planning for Board meetings Scheduling meetings as needed Coordinating schedule of office cleaners;Serving as Administrative help for the CEO.Managing fundraising travel for leadership staff
