VideographerConservative Partnership Institute

A partner organization is looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a videographer to join their team. You'll work across the full production process, from initial concept through final edit. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for the conservative movement.

You will be responsible for bringing the clients' vision to live and creating the desired look and feel for all productions. Camera, lighting, and set design proficiency are critical in this role. You will be expected to deliver and document repeatable ‘house looks’ for shows.

Shoot, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Manage video equipment, ensure proper lighting and audio quality, and maintain organized footage libraries. Operate cameras with consistent framing, focus, and exposure.

Schedule expectations are primarily daytime and on-site. Occasional after-hours support for events or special programming may be required.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling abilities and creative vision

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects with competing deadlines

• Strong communication skills and willingness to incorporate feedback throughout the production process

• Strong command of exposure, lighting fundamentals, and camera operation

• Demonstrated consistency across repeatable production formats

• Collaborative approach with producers and technical teams

• Attention to detail (white balance, exposure consistency, framing, etc.)
