A partner organization is looking for someone with 3-8 years of experience as an Audio Engineer to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality audio production using industry-standard tools and techniques. You'll work on diverse projects that require technical expertise in mixing, signal processing, and sound engineering. The Audio Engineer owns audio capture, mixing, routing, and signal integrity for studio and live shows, ensuring consistent, clean sound across all productions. In this role, you will be expected to develop redundancies by teaching and elevating the team’s knowledge of audio engineering.
Execute live mixing and audio routing for studio and live productions
Increase overall team audio mixing skillset through trainings and mentoring
Manage microphones, IFB, mixers, and recording workflows
Ensure consistent gain staging and audio quality standards
Maintain audio equipment readiness and documentation
Work and assist alongside cross-functional teams
3-6 years experience in studio audio, broadcast audio, or live sound
Strong understanding of signal flow, routing, and troubleshooting
Ability to deliver clean audio under live pressure
Strong organization and equipment care habits
Professional communication with talent and production teams
Competent with audio mixing, including mix/minus & live streaming
Dante & MADI experience preferred
