Job Summary
Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing and Communications Job Summary: The Digital Infrastructure Associate supports Heritage Action’s advocacy efforts by managing online content distribution, administrating various platforms and tools, and enhancing the organization’s digital presence. This role is responsible for operational aspects of the digital team and serves as the main data management expert for the organization. Additionally, the Digital Infrastructure Associate works closely with the Digital Marketing Associate, web developers, designers, and other internal teams to plan, track, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective dissemination of content that is targeted, meaningful, and aligned with organizational goals. The position also provides database and logistical support to the membership team to strengthen grassroots engagement and outreach. Job Duties: ● In conjunction with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communication, track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives by using data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve outcomes. ● Utilize Heritage Action’s Marketing platforms to deliver content to email subscribers. ● Publish website content that drives online traffic to Heritage Action products, such as model legislation, key votes, activism toolkits, and press releases. ● Assist the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications with website maintenance and continuous improvement of the organization’s websites to ensure content is up-to-date and reflects user-friendly features. ● Work with web developers and designers to enhance functionality and aesthetics of Heritage Action websites. ● Support digital marketing campaigns for Heritage Action’s advocacy efforts by working closely with directors and other stakeholders to strategically target identified audiences. ● Support multiple organizational platforms by assisting users with access requests, troubleshooting issues, and guiding effective system use. ● Leverage technical skills to manage, analyze, and report in coordination with Heritage IT on data across multiple projects, supporting operational and strategic decision-making. Provide database and logistical support to Heritage Action’s membership team. Qualifications: Education: BA/BS preferred Experience: 2+ years managing data and projects for high production organizationCommunication: Clear and succinct communication skills; create data visualization for presentations and reportingTechnology: Microsoft 365 Suite, data reporting and visualization tools, CraftCMS, WordPress, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, project management software; strong experience with HTML and CSS Other Requirements: ● Understand and support the Heritage Action vision and mission for America, and the team’s goals and objectives. ● High level of professionalism (adaptability, maturity, integrity, accountability). ● Highly organized and attentive to detail; able to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment. ● Tech-savvy self-starter with a willingness to innovate solutions and establish best practices. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate, and the final salary offered to a selected candidate depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, and other qualifications; internal and external market pay for comparable jobs; and level of hire based on aforementioned qualifications.
