Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing & managing Large projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parties
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- True Lead/Senior Super can run projects valued $100M+
- 8+ years experience as a Superintendent with a GC
- Strong background in large scale ground-up construction (not residential or multifamily)
- Good tenure, coming from reputable firm
- Commutable to Norwalk/ Stanford/ Greenwich CT area
