Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PTA for Autumn Lake at Norwalk. You'll help residents build on their progress during each treatment session, working with a Physical Therapist to make movement safer and everyday activities more manageable.

What You'll Do

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising PT

• Guide residents through exercises, gait training, and transfer practice

• Observe how residents respond and report changes to the PT

• Document treatment and stay in touch with the broader care team

Qualifications
