The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing generators in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, safety protocols, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrician will work on various projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Duties
Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment according to specifications and codes.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ammeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Work with both high voltage and low voltage systems as required.
Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion.
Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or necessary repairs.
Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites.
Assist in building frameworks for electrical installations as needed.
