Ultimate Therapy is seeking a COTA at Autumn Lake at New Britain. You'll help residents build skills for everyday life, working alongside an Occupational Therapist to support recovery and ongoing needs in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT

• Help residents practice dressing, grooming, and other daily activities

• Reinforce adaptive equipment use and techniques outlined in the care plan

• Share observations about residents' progress and treatment tolerance with the OT

• Document sessions and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team

Qualifications
