Job Description
This NPI Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing CNC machining processes for new products
- Creating and refining CNC programs for multi-axis equipment
- Collaborating with engineering teams to improve manufacturability
- Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions
- Establishing process documentation, work instructions, and setup sheets
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency

The Successful Applicant
A Successful NPI Engineer will have:
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Hands-on CNC programming, setup, and operation expertise
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with multi-axis machining environments
- Ability to take parts from print through prototype to production
- CAD/CAM software experience (Esprit preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
