Customer Care SpecialistTreatment Technology
We are looking for our next Customer Service Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our water customers. You are detail-oriented and personable, comfortable juggling phone calls, quotes, and order entry without losing track of what matters, and genuinely interested in learning our products and the customers we serve.
Customer Service
Receive and process inbound customer orders via phone and email
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status
Schedule and assist with driver logistics coordination
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Method)
Build strong relationships with customers through professional, courteous service
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Administrative Duties
Perform general office tasks to support daily operations
Assist with documentation, filing, and organizational projects
Support cross-functional teams as business needs arise
2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems (Method experience a plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with excellent initiative and follow-through
Warm, professional demeanor with customers and team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
