Milender White is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction efforts and support Operations throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Construction Executive, this position is responsible for driving estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project planning activities while contributing to the continued success and growth of Milender White in Colorado as part of the Graham Buildings U.S. (GBUS) division.

Your Role in Building What Matters

• Lead the preconstruction process from concept through project award, including estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, risk management, and project planning.
• Develop accurate conceptual estimates and cost models, providing strategic guidance to owners, architects, and consultants throughout design development.
• Evaluate constructability, logistics, schedules, and material options to optimize project outcomes, manage risk, and maintain budget objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships while leading preconstruction meetings, bid efforts, and proposal development.
• Partner with Operations teams to develop project execution strategies, ensure client requirements are met, and support a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.

The Right Tools for the Job

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, construction, or a related industry.
• Proven experience with estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, budgeting, and client presentations.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methods, including Design-Build and Hard Bid projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Compensation

• Salary Range $118,000 to $160,400 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.
