The Facilities Representative is responsible for providing general building maintenance and supporting the repair and replacement of dealership equipment to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and operating at their best.

This is a hands-on facilities maintenance position supporting multiple Penske Automotive Group dealerships throughout the Orange County Market . Responsibilities include a variety of general commercial building maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other facility-related needs . A company vehicle will be provided for travel between dealership locations.

Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 5:00 AM -- 1:30 PM

Pay: $20--$25 per hour

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial building maintenance experience .

• Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor carpentry, and other general facility maintenance tasks .

• Ability to troubleshoot and address routine building and equipment maintenance needs.

• Ability to travel between dealership locations throughout the Orange County Market.

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Friendliness, enthusiasm and reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
