Lessler's Draperies & Design is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Estimator to support our design, sales, and customer service operations.
This position is designed to prepare accurate proposals and contracts, keep client communication moving smoothly, and ensure every showroom visit and design appointment runs efficiently from first contact through final estimate. The Estimator plays a key role in translating client needs into clear, professional documentation while helping keep the showroom organized and appointments on schedule.
The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, comfortable working with numbers and details, and able to communicate professionally with clients, designers, and vendors, even when things get hectic. Strong Excel skills, sharp typing/data entry ability, and a genuine interest in the window coverings industry (Hunter Douglas and similar product lines) are a major plus.

Meet and Assist Clients in Showroom
Data Entry of Notes / Activities
Answer the Phone and Work with Customers
Assist with General Office Duties, Filing, Organization, Cleaning, Updating
- Proficient in excel
- Extremely Detail Oriented and Have Good Organizational Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment with Demanding Clients
- Ability to Work Under Deadlines/Pressure and Stay Focused and On Task
- Good Typing & Computer Skills
- Word, Excel, Publisher, PIC Systems & ACT
- Neat Handwriting
- Experience in the Window Coverings
- Industry Product Knowledge of Vendors Such as Hunter Douglas and Other Product Lines a Major Plus
- Takes ownership and looks for ways to keep jobs moving forward.
Full Time, Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm / 1 hr Lunch, Occasional Saturday
