Job Description
Reporting to senior field leadership, the Concrete Superintendent will oversee the successful execution of concrete construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives are achieved.
- Lead field operations on commercial and industrial concrete construction projects
- Manage and coordinate self-perform concrete crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Drive project schedules and maintain production targets
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
- Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and daily construction activities
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant
For the Concrete Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience in concrete construction supervision
- Background in cast-in-place concrete, structural concrete, foundations, slabs, or tilt-wall construction
- Experience on large industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or data center projects is highly preferred
- Ability to lead field teams and drive production in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project execution
- OSHA training or equivalent safety-focused experience preferred
- Candidates who have progressed through the trades and understand concrete operations from the ground up are highly valued
- Open to experienced Superintendents as well as rising field leaders looking to take the next step in their career
