Job Summary
As Branch Manager, you'll lead the daily operations, performance, and growth of the branch while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting a high-performing team. You'll oversee branch operations, consumer lending, compliance, and customer relationships while coaching employees and fostering a culture that reflects Citizens Bank's People First values. This role also serves as a key representative of the Bank within the community, building relationships with local businesses, identifying growth opportunities, and helping strengthen Citizens Bank's presence throughout Hot Springs and the surrounding area.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
You have at least two years of banking, management, or leadership experience, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You understand banking operations, compliance, and risk management, can successfully lead and develop a team, and are motivated by serving customers and growing community relationships. Experience in business development is preferred, and proficiency with computers and digital banking platforms is required. Flexibility to work branch hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, is also needed.
