Key Responsibillities include (but are not limited to):

• Providing direct supervision and leadership to program staff
• Ensuring compliance with all agency policies and state licensing standards
• Monitoring member progress and ensuring individual support plans are followed
• Facilitating staff development and performance evaluations
• Collaborating with internal teams to maintain quality services
• Provide a minimum of 15 hours per week of direct care support to members
