Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, organized person to help keep our custom cabinetry projects running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who understands construction, cabinetry, or remodeling and is comfortable working with plans, materials, schedules, customers, and installers.

You will work directly with the owner and team to make sure jobs are organized, details are correct, materials are accounted for, and projects stay on track. The right person is a problem-solver who takes initiative, follows through, and knows how to keep things moving.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate projects from the initial order through installation.
  • Review cabinetry and construction drawings to confirm measurements, details, and specifications.
  • Help identify missing information or potential problems before they reach the job site.
  • Coordinate schedules with customers, installers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Track materials, orders, deadlines, and job progress.
  • Prepare work orders, purchase orders, estimates, and other job paperwork.
  • Keep customer information and project records organized.
  • Communicate with customers and the team about schedules, updates, and job details.
  • Help improve day-to-day processes and keep jobs running efficiently.
  • Provide general organizational and operational support to the owner.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, cabinetry, remodeling, millwork, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand 2D construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and cabinetry plans.
  • Understanding of residential construction and how projects move from planning to installation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple jobs, deadlines, and moving parts.
  • Comfortable using a computer for email, spreadsheets, customer records, and job documentation.
  • Good communication skills when working with customers, vendors, and installers.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Someone dependable who takes ownership of their work and doesn't need constant supervision.

Who Will Be Successful in This Role?

Someone who understands how a job site works, can look at a set of plans and understand what needs to happen, and enjoys keeping projects organized. You may have worked in cabinetry, remodeling, construction coordination, estimating, or installation and are ready to take on a broader role.

Cabinetry or construction experience is important. We are looking for someone who understands the work, not just someone who can manage a calendar.
