This is Oasis Water Park at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, and we’re looking for someone whose watchful eye and steady presence keeps the fun flowing safely, splash after splash.

Here, you won’t just be clocking hours poolside; you’ll be part of a close-knit team that treats every guest — and every teammate — like family.

What You’ll Do

• Stand as the first line of safety across our slides, wave pool, hot tub, river, and pools
• Respond swiftly and confidently to guest emergencies, start to finish
• Uphold the safety and cleanliness standards that make Oasis a guest favorite
• Collaborate with your Lead Lifeguard and Oasis Managers to keep every shift running smoothly
• Jump in wherever needed across our Oasis & Recreation programs — versatility is your superpower

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior lifeguard or water park experience (a plus, not a must)
• Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications — or the drive to earn them after hire
• Sharp communication skills and a natural warmth with guests of every age
• Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, or late nights as the desert sun demands
