Perform as a critical design team member in project management and mechanical/plumbing systems development and coordination for construction design projects. This position requires interaction with the firm’s project team members (designers and engineers from the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems disciplines), as well as architects, consultants, clients, and contractors to identify project requirements, develop engineering concepts, present options, and recommendations in order to meet the project requirements. This position also requires project management skills such as coordinating workflows and deliverables, and instructing younger staff members.
