Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (Shift Variations 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
• Tuesday – Saturday (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

• Tech-Savvy Performer: Comfortable using modern software and CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus).

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional job offer.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in our success by ensuring every customer interaction is seamless and efficient. Your daily mission includes:

• Making an Impact Through Connections: Achieve 100+ customer contacts daily through inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Booking Appointments with Speed and Precision: Respond to leads quickly and efficiently to maintain a speed-to-lead booking rate of 85% or higher.
• Scheduling Success: Secure 15+ booked service calls daily for our technicians, ensuring an optimized schedule.
• Updating Records with Care: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborating for Results: Work closely with our team to ensure all customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
