Job Summary

The Project Manager Intern, you will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to assist with project planning, execution, and delivery. You will gain valuable experience in project management methodologies, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project management team to help develop project timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Monitor project timelines and help identify any issues or delays, reporting back to the senior project manager.
• Assist with communicating project updates to stakeholders and team members, ensuring clear and timely information sharing.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
• Assists identify potential project risks and assist in creating mitigation strategies.
• Support in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Provide data analysis to help the team make informed decisions and prepare reports for senior management.
• Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating team activities, and assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Research industry best practices and tools to enhance project management processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong desire to learn and develop a career in project management.
