Join our global Digital Business Services (DBS) team and play a key role in ensuring that IT operates securely, effectively, and in compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will work at the intersection of IT governance, information security, risk management, and audit, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement across our global IT organization.Your responsibilities: Manage planning and execution of the DBS IT Compliance activities across DBS.Appropriately challenge internal customers to deliver high quality reports and control evidence in a timely manner.Act as a SME on IT Compliance and IT General controls related matter and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in other departments such as Internal Audit, Global Security etc. Evaluate the results of IT controls testing, including the assessment of identified control deficiencies.Coordinate IT internal control walkthroughs and testing.Ensure that Control Owners identify and evaluate changes to processes and controls they own. And if required, IT general controls are updated accordingly.Identifies gaps and areas for improvement in the IT Compliance Program and provide recommendations to management on improvements and mitigation.Support responsible teams in review of standards, processes and procedures related to new and existing policies.Drive remediation efforts by partnering with control owners to address identified compliance gaps and ensure timely closure of audit findings and control deficienciesMaintain metrics and key performance indicators to monitor the overall health and effectiveness of the IT Compliance program.
