Job Summary
- Responsible for preparing quotations, managing sales activities, and creating documentation related to repairs and calibrations for products sold by Rohde & Schwarz Japan. Duties also include responding to customer inquiries, handling telephone and email communications with customers, preparing sales performance reports, and procuring equipment and supplies for internal use.
- Preparing documents such as quotations, delivery notes, and invoices
- Registering customers and managing data using ERP systems such as SAP and in- house systems
- Managing the creation and updating of internal database master records and customer master data
- Responding to inquiries about delivery schedules and shipping by phone and email, and handling customer complaints
- Participating in business improvement projects conducted both internally and globally
- Acting as a liaison for repairs and calibrations carried out at overseas factories, including placing orders, managing delivery schedules, and confirming returned items
- Preparing sales performance reports
