Job Summary
- Key Duties:
- 1) AP Functions: Process Concur Claims, payment and answering to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
- 2) Treasury Functions: maintenance of bank accounts setup, Coupa (corporate treasury reporting), Cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open Bank Guarantee, acknowledge, documentation verifications and presentation of Letter Credit to bank.
- 3) Taxation: Responsible for company corporate taxation, withholding taxations, and e-invoice compliance.
- 4) Fixed asset: Responsible for managing, tracking, and ensuring compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
- 5) Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
- 6) Full set and preparing monthly balance listing or RSMY, recon and posting of -journals.
- 7) Supporting e-invoicing filing and compliance.
- 8) Any other adhoc jobs as assigned.
