Job Summary
- Provide technical analysis and support to customers and internal teams based on cellular communication protocol technologies.
- Analyze customer requirements and test environments to recommend optimal test methods, products, and solutions
- Create and maintain technical content related to protocol testing, including technical documents, application notes, and user guides.
- Review and improve technical content to enhance accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Organize and communicate complex communication technologies in a clear and easy-to-understand manner for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, product managers, and global headquarters experts to address customer requirements.
- Support technical communication activities such as customer meetings, technical presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.
