We’re expanding our Dublin office and seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager with a Professional Engineering license to lead drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Ohio.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning and design of drinking water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
• Develop water main, pump station, and sanitary sewer designs, including hydraulic analysis and system sizing
• Prepare engineering reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects
• Serve as Engineer of Record on select projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
• Engage with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to support project delivery and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• PE license (Ohio or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
• 8+ years of experience in drinking water, wastewater, or related civil infrastructure design
• Proficient in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance, sewer modeling/design, pump stations, and utility infrastructure planning
• Familiarity with state and local permitting and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, client management, and project leadership skills
