Job Summary
- Build lasting customer relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region by providing responsive, high-quality pre- and post-sales technical support for RF test and measurement instruments and applications
- Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and Account Managers across the region to align on customer needs and deliver coordinated, high-impact technical and sales support
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions customized to customer applications
- Provide customer engineering teams with hands-on training, application guides, and on-site support tailored to their specific tools, workflows, and measurement challenges
- Partner with R&D and product teams to relay customer insights from the field and help drive product roadmap decisions that reflect real-world application needs
