The Director, Patient Marketing will lead the development and execution of the patient and caregiver strategy for cretostimogene as CG Oncology prepares for its first commercial launch in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC).
This individual will be responsible for building a differentiated, insight-driven patient experience that helps patients and caregivers understand their disease, navigate treatment decisions, access therapy, and successfully move through the treatment journey.
The Director, Patient Marketing will initially focus on launch readiness in high-risk BCG-unresponsive NMIBC while simultaneously helping shape the patient strategy and market-development approach for potential future indications, including intermediate-risk NMIBC.
As a senior member of the Marketing organization, this leader will work closely with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Insights & Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance and external agency partners.
The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing leadership with a deep understanding of oncology patient journeys and the ability to translate patient insights into highly effective programs and experiences.
