Job Summary
- ı Take Handing over of Projects from Sales team ı E2E responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and closure of Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Radio Communication system projects. ı Develop and maintain detailed Project Management Plans, Master Project Schedules and Milestone Plans. ı Coordinate effectively between customer, engineering, procurement, testing, quality, suppliers and management. ı Coordinate System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Internal FAT (iFAT), approval of customer Acceptance Tests. ı Plan and coordinate FAT, SAT, qualification testing, environmental testing, system integration and field trials. ı Monitor project progress against time, cost, scope, quality and performance parameters. ı Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and proactively resolve issues. ı Manage project changes, deviations, dependencies and customer requirements. ı Conduct regular project reviews, milestone reviews and management reporting. ı Ensure 100% payment realization
