We help campaigns, political organizations, and advocacy groups execute large-scale voter-contact programs, including door-to-door canvassing, field team management, petition and signature collection, voter outreach, and other campaign support services. Our work is fast-moving, deadline-driven, and highly operational, especially during the election cycle. The Regional Accountability Director ensures the integrity of our field operations by developing accountability standards, leading investigations, and overseeing audits that protect the quality and credibility of our work.Position SummaryThe Field Director serves as the primary operational leader responsible for managing day-to-day field operations for assigned campaigns.Working alongside organizational leadership and operations staff, Field Directors assume responsibility after employees are hired and assigned to a campaign.
