Primary job is to interview candidates applying through websites for canvassing positions and to screen for ideology, professionalism, work ethic, and ability to perform the job. We also ask that you leverage personal networks, reach out to colleges and try and recruit canvassers that way, but most applicants will come through the hiring websites.You will be expected to review applications, interview and hire candidates. Once hired you will be responsible for connecting them with the field team and helping them through the onboarding process. You will be expected to put in 40 hours a week but there is some flexibility on when you work those hours.
