1. Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for Anachem & LabTech Instrument. 2. Improve Customer Experience through technical solutions, communication skills, proactive planning3. Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Anachem & LabTech scales / products4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations6. Responsible to build customer relationships7. Lead Anachem & Lab Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills.
