Overview

The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Madonna Towers is looking for a casual occupational therapist to assist with Saturday treatments - typically a half day with flexible hours. $1000 bonus after 1 year if they work 1 Saturday a month consistently for that entire year.
