Job Summary
- Lead and develop the plant Quality team and quality organization to support a growing advanced electronics manufacturing environment by achieving quality objectives
- Ensure consistent quality of our electronics manufacturing processes and products, from incoming materials to finished goods
- Create transparency on quality performance by monitoring quality issues, key KPIs, process deviations, and improvement actions
- Drive practical quality improvement and structured problem solving, including root-cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan, implement, and follow up on the audit program to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead supplier quality activities including incoming quality, supplier corrective actions, change control
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other relevant functions to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and strengthen production quality
- Foster an open error reporting culture with early escalation, rapid containment, and strong root cause prevention
