Job Description

• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
• Assist with handling mail, deliveries, and courier services.
• Ensure proper communication of messages and information within the office.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business operations.
