Job Description

* Manage all phases of mission critical/data centre projects from preconstruction to closeout

* Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety performance

* Lead subcontractor procurement, scope development, and contract administration

* Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners

* Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reports, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of construction project management experience

* Experience delivering mission critical, data centre, or complex commercial projects

* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration

* Proficient with Microsoft Project and construction management systems

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
