Job Summary
- Manage and lead a high functioning systems engineering team across multiple product segments
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Program Management, and Production
- Align Sale opportunities with engineering support priorities
- Manage the presales, design, integration, and deployment systems / subsystems for R&S Spectrum Monitoring, Mobile Network Testing and IP Analysis)
- Lead efforts for creating and maintaining technical documentation according to customer requirements.
- Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
- Participate in communication with customers and R&S product design team.
- Work closely with the product engineering teams based in Europe and North America.
