Master Data Clerk - Frederick, MDRohde & Schwarz
Job Summary
- Create and maintain material master records in SAP, ensuring proper setup of material classifications, Warehouse assignments, material types, and other required master data elements
- Process material master updates using SAP transaction MM02.
- Maintain and update component lists to ensure accuracy and alignment with current product requirements.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain inventory safety stock levels, making proactive adjustments based on demand and operational needs.
- Perform POP data entry activities for the VCS program.
- Transfer and release Bills of Material (BOMs) within SAP to support production requirements.
- Execute mass material updates and data maintenance activities within SAP.
- Support inventory planning and material management activities through accurate master data administration.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to implement material and BOM changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, inventory management, and SAP processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and data governance standards.
