If you have recruitment experience, speak English, Spanish & Italian, then you're invited to apply!The Job (responsibilities):Responsible for end-to-end recruitments in Spain and Italy, as part of the European Talent Acquisition teamIntake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring ManagersRecruit with “Avature”, our innovative ATS Set up an efficient recruitment strategyJob advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social mediaSourcing of more difficult to find candidatesSelection of the right applicantsParticipating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the processParticipate in preparing an adequate remuneration packageExtending the offer to candidate, including negotiationsInternal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitmentParticipate in training & development processEmployer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand
