Job Responsibilities:Design, implement and maintain reusable code for test automation framework components.Perform test design and Code reviews.Implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing / test automation development as per standards defined by the organization.Provide work breakdown and estimation.Meet the quality and test automation schedule targets for your project.Identify, monitor, and handle the dependencies and risks.Help the team to troubleshoot the issues. Perform root cause analysis for major issues.Ensure content and structure of all testing / test automation artifacts are documented and maintained.Adhere to development coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for test automation.Collaborate with project stakeholders across time zones.Keep yourself and the team updated with latest industry developments and share ideas to improve test methods.
