What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play an important role in helping prospective residents and families explore senior living options and feel supported throughout the decision-making process. In this role, you’ll respond to inquiries, provide community tours, build relationships with prospective residents and families, and support the admissions and move-in process from initial contact through placement.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys relationship-based sales, hospitality, and helping older adults and their families navigate important life transitions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable using CRM systems and other technology, and able to provide a welcoming, professional experience while supporting occupancy goals across senior living services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
