Job Summary
- Lead the implementation of LAN, WAN, and Firewall architectures (Australia) that meet capacity, redundancy, and security requirements.
- Experience with Aruba Routers, Checkpoint Firewalls and Cisco switching is desirable.
- Provide level 1 and 2, network infrastructure support as part of a global operational team.
- Oversee day to day administration of Windows Server, Hypervisors, and cloud services.
- Support enterprise backup/recovery platforms and support, supporting DR testing.
- Implement and maintain security baselines (DISP, ISO 27001) across servers, endpoints, and network devices.
- Support vulnerability scans, patch management, and remediation works.
- Coordinate with international teams on SIEM, endpoint detection & response (EDR), and incident response.
- Lead medium size IT projects (e.g., Network infrastructure rollout, Application rollout).
- Provide level 2 and 3 support of remote offices and personnel in Australia including frequent (average approximately once a month) travel to Australian offices and annually to Germany.
