Job Summary
- Support Customer Tickets, Visit & resolve ATE issues within specified timelines (lowest TAT).
- Collect user requirements & Feedback, Root cause Analysis (RCA), VAN, VSA, VSG Test Instrument & Digital interface Support.
- Rack Installation & Commissioning, support FAT & SAT.
- Support Customer Trainings, System Documentation, Calibration & verification
- Achieve goals by assessing current client needs and collaborating with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to engage and build strong rapport and should be able to engage customers independently Possess strong RF/Microwave test & measurement instrument experience, Digital protocols
- Improve on Programming/scripting skills – Python/C# & SQL
- Sound knowledge of Radar/EW and Satellite, MILCOM/Avionics, Automotive segment is highly preferred
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an-as needed basis
