General Overview

APEX TK is looking for an amazing Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

Job Description (What You'll Be Doing)

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/DCC, DCC contractors, and MDS Elements.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications, requirements, and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/DCC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.

Required Skills (What Required Skills You Bring)

• Active Secret clearance
• 12+ years of experience required
• Master’s Degree in STEM required
• Knowledge of C2BMC interoperability requirements or related experience required
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
• Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations

Preferred Skills (Desired but not Required)

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
